How to Apply

Ivins City is now offering the option to sign up for services online via XpressBillPay. This option is a convenient way to sign up for services and choose whether or not to set up for auto pay all at one time without leaving the comfort of your home. Note: You are not required to sign up for Auto Pay. If you would like to receive "paperless" billing (which means a bill emailed to you), you must sign up for "paperless". In order to sign up for paperless billing you will need to wait for confirmation from a customer service representative to verify that your account has been set up and is active.
